Because our Products are custom and made-to-order, we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds differently from off-the-shelf items. This policy explains how it works.
1) Cancellations
Before design starts: You may cancel for a full refund.
After design starts but before proof approval: You may cancel, but a design fee of [BHD amount or %] will be deducted to cover time spent.
After proof approval / in production: Cancellations are not possible.
2) Non-returnable items (change of mind)
Personalized/custom Products (all storybooks) are non-returnable for change of mind, incorrect selections, or typos/images approved in the final proof.
3) Manufacturing defects or courier loss
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost by the courier, we will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) once verified.
What to do:
Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number.
Provide clear photos/videos of the issue and the packaging label.
Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
We will not consider claims reported after [7] calendar days from delivery unless the courier’s tracking proves loss.
4) Print tolerances & color variance
Slight color differences between screen and print, and minor variations in trimming/binding, are normal in print manufacturing and not considered defects.
5) Incorrect address / failed delivery
If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs are your responsibility. If the order returns to us, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
6) Returns procedure (when approved)
If a return is authorized:
We’ll share a return authorization and instructions.
Return the item in original condition/packaging to [Return Address] within [X] days.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process the replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
7) Turnaround & availability
Replacement production times mirror standard lead times. If a material is out of stock, we will offer an equal or better alternative or a refund.
8) Custom fees & international orders
For international deliveries, customs duties/taxes are your responsibility and are non-refundable by us. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we can re-ship at your cost or refund minus actual shipping and design/production costs (for non-personalized items only).
