These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by [NOSTALGIA BOOK ALBUM] (“Nostalgia Book,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including the design and production of magazine-style photo/storybooks and related products (the “Products”). By accessing our website or placing an order via the site, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Services & process

Nostalgia Book designs and produces editorial, magazine-style storybooks using photos and text you provide. Typical steps: (a) choose theme/format; (b) submit photos/captions; (c) we curate and design; (d) you review a digital proof; (e) we print and deliver.

Estimated timelines (design/print/delivery) will be shared in your order confirmation. Timelines may vary due to your review speed, holidays, courier delays, or force majeure.

3) Your content & responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos, text, and other materials you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

You own the necessary rights or have permission to use the content, including from any identifiable persons.

The content does not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy, or contain unlawful, obscene, hateful, or abusive material.

The content complies with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain and any destination country for delivery.

We may decline, edit, or remove content at our discretion (e.g., low resolution, unlawful or offensive content) and will notify you if that affects your order.

4) Proofs, approvals & revisions

You’ll receive a digital proof before printing. Please review carefully (layout, spelling, dates, names, image order, etc.).

Included revisions: up to [X] minor revision rounds; additional rounds may incur a fee ([BHD amount] per round).

Approval: Once you approve the proof (via email/WhatsApp), the order moves to print. After approval, changes are no longer possible.

5) Color, materials & tolerances

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to device displays, inks, papers, and print processes. Minor variations in trimming, binding, and color are standard in print manufacturing and are not considered defects.

6) Pricing, payment & currency

All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time before order acceptance. Payment is due as specified in your checkout or invoice. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions.

7) Shipping, delivery & risk

We ship to the address you provide. Please ensure it’s complete and accurate. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery or first attempted delivery. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are your responsibility. Courier delays are outside our control, but we’ll help follow up.

8) Cancellations, returns & refunds

Because our Products are custom/personalized, they are generally non-returnable once design work begins or a proof is approved. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details and exceptions (e.g., manufacturing defects or courier loss).

9) Intellectual property

Your content: You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to design, produce, and deliver your order.

Our designs: Layouts, templates, typography, and design systems remain our intellectual property. You receive the physical book and a personal, non-commercial right to use it.

Portfolio use: With your written consent (opt-in), we may feature anonymized spreads or cover photos in our portfolio, social media, or samples. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting [Email].

10) Promotions & gift cards

From time to time, we may run promotions or offer gift cards. Each promotion/gift card may have specific terms. Unless stated, promotions can’t be combined, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

11) Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site (attempting to hack, scrape, inject malicious code, or interfere with operation). We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your User Content; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including Bahrain’s PDPL, where applicable). Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the site/services means you accept the revised Terms.
